How to use
Brewing instructions for herbal tea:
1. Pour boiling water: Take 1-2 teaspoons of herbal tea and pour 200-250 ml of boiling water over it.
2. Steep: Cover and let it steep for 10-15 minutes to fully release the flavor and aroma.
3. Alternative method: Bring to a boil over low heat for a more intense flavor, then remove from heat and let it steep.
